Here we have a beautiful Fender stratocaster from 1979 . The finish of this guitar is very interesting . It looks like it is a brown or mocha bust . We have been told that some of the tints used by Fender in these years tended to turn "yellow" so maybe the black has turned brown from the tint ? The brown is consistent though so who nows ???? That aside .... This guitar looks great and it has some cool patina from years of playing . It has it's original spanky pickups and it just oozes cool . It has had some upgrades including a new brazillian rosewood fretboard + refret which makes this one of the nicest boards you will play on a strat . It plays great and all works as it should . Includes old case as seen in pictures , not sure of it's heritage and has hang tag .
