DENISE - PIANO

Denise has been a teacher of piano and theory for many years. She holds a BMus from Melbourne University with a special focus on the relationship-centered, one-to-one music studio environment.

Denise has taught a diverse range of students from beginners to advanced and is reknown for her tuition skills.

 LORRISA - PIANO / KEYBOARD/ FLUTE

Lorissa has taught hundreds of students over the last 18 years. Many come to her wanting to explore popular music, others to be ready for musical exams or university entrance. Whatever the motivation, Lorissa is experienced across a range of styles, genres, and techniques.

Lorissa holds a BA (Music) and trained as a classical pianist under incredible instructors such as Dr David Clarke and Awarding Winning educator David Redfern.

 CHRISTINE - PIANO  

Christine has been teaching piano in Noosa for almost 20 years and enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities.

Christine holds her Associate Teacher of Music Australia (ATMusA), Grade 6 theory and blue card. She has been a member of the Queensland Music Teachers' Association (QMTA) and a committee member of the QMTA Sunshine Coast Group for many years.

Students can sit for exams through the AMEB (Australian Music Examinations Board) or just learn for fun! Access to Piano Maestro and Supersonics Piano is included with lessons. Christine currently has lesson vacancies so call now to begin your musical journey.

GABOR - GUITAR

Gabor has been teaching guitar at Music at Noosa for over 100 years. He has worked with students of all ages and levels and is well versed in a variety of musical styles!

Aside from teaching at Music at Noosa, Gabor has also taught at schools around the Sunshine Coast and has over 20 years of professional performing and touring experience under his belt. 

 MAL - GUITAR

Mal is a local rock star, snake catcher and guitar teacher.

He has many live gigs under his belt and teaches a wide range of musical styles.

Mal teaches Monday, Thursday and Sasturday’s

 ANDREW - GUITAR

Andrew has been playing guitar professionally for 25+ years and also teaching for the majority of that time. Andrew taylors his lessons to suit each student and their individual needs . A very relaxed gentleman who is easy to get along with and always smiling . We are stoked to have Andrew teaching at Music @ Noosa

 

ROSS - DRUMS
Drum Teacher Ross Farrant is a drummer with over 20 years recording and touring experience. Ross has a Cert II - Music Industry, and is a Blue Card   Holder.
Students can learn all styles of music - Rock, Metal, Funk, Hip Hop, Pop, Jazz, Blues, and Country.

Ross teaches drum rudiments, reading drum music, developing student’s playing   skills, and learning all styles of drumming and soloing.

Each Student lesson is tailored to their drumming goals and aspirations.Any skill level is possible from beginner to advanced drum lessons, ages 5-105.

Drum lessons are available weekly Monday-Saturday.

ERIN SULMAN - DRUMS

After thirty years of hitting drums there aren't too many gigs Erin hasn't played. It's a full time job for him and after fifteen years, teaching seemed like a fun thing to do. It turns out Erin is pretty good at it.
Erin currently teaches Thursdays instore.
 

 

CARA ROBINSON – VOCALS

Cara is a multi-instrumentalist, accomplished songwriter, and performer.

Her amazing voice has taken her on many tours throughout Europe and the USA including her birthplace Ireland.

She performs regularly in the acclaimed duo Hat Fitz and Cara.

PHOEBE McCLENNAN - GUITAR

Phoebe is a talented musicain and songwriter.

Teaching beginners to intermediate, Phoebe is a natural teacher who also works part time at Music Noosa in sales.

 

PAUL - SAXOPHONE AND CLARINET

Paul started playing clarinet and saxophone at age 11 in London.
He turned professional at 15 and toured England and Switzerland and Turkey before working on Cruse Ships.
Paul has played on a plethora of recording sessions, backing artists such as Isaac Hayes, Cilla Black, Al Martino, Gene Pitney and Linda Ronstadt.
 
His playing can be heard on over 30 albums with many local jazz artists including Bob Barnard, Tom Baker, Judy Bailey, Graeme Bell, Keith Hounslow and James Morrison. Music at Noosa is lucky to have Paul teaching instore.
