Another "out from under the bed" find ..... or in this case grabbed down from the top of the old cupboard in the spare room comes this mighty fine Fender Telecaster Deluxe from 1978 . Oh those Seth Lover widerange humbuckers !! They sound so good . The Ash body is typically heavy and as it's been sitting in it's case for a LONG time , it has some finish hazing which is evident on the top side and the edge . Please see the pictures . This in no way affects the guitars playability or style - it's just there ! The pots have been changed at some stage with some of the originals in the embossed Fender hardcase along with the original output jack . Plenty of dust on the case too !!!! Original tuners are doing their job well along with the original bridge and saddles . We have just gone over the guitar and set it up with new strings and she's playing and sounding great . It also appears to have had a refret , changed output jack and changed screws along the last 38 years also which gives this guitar a seemingly eternity of player life left .
A great buy for this super cool Vintage Fender Telecaster .
