Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location or during peak periods. It is always preferrable to deliver to a workplace address to minimise the risk of no one being home to receive the delivery.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: Charges are dependant on your location and are calculated at checkout based on individual item size and weight. For deliveries outside metro areas extra costs may be incurred. Please contact the store for exact pricing for regional areas.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.
Insurance:
Goods have minimum insurance coverage whilst in transit
For a peace of mind when buying online you can opt for an additional insurance cover on the delivery of your goods. This is particularly helpful if you live in a remote location and the goods must be shifted to local forwarding couriers or you simply would prefer that whatever happens the goods and your investment are protected.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
- Retain all packaging and documentation and email us at info@musicatnoosa.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
